Joining the Code Your Path team as a volunteer designer, my role was to help shape the project’s initial direction:
+ I began by researching similar platforms and creating a benchmark list to guide the vision.
+ To understand user needs, I designed and distributed a survey to refugees and newcomers in Poland interested in changing careers.
+ Based on 33 survey responses and workshops with the foundation’s board, I developed a protopersona and mapped a basic user flow to define the platform’s key steps and requirements.
+ In addition, I created a preliminary landing page concept and a refreshed logo proposal that stayed true to the existing Code Your Path identity while adapting it for the new ‘mentor-as-a-service’ offering.
+ I also selected a color palette and established the look and feel for future design.
